Rabi'a Frank is a 31-year-old Dutch woman who converted to Islam in 1994. Her interest in Islam first began out of a desire to better learn the culture of her Moroccan boyfriend. Library books on Morocco led to library books on Islam. When she first read the Qur'an in Dutch translation, it touched her heart immediately.

Wearing hijab, she took years to find her own style. Then she reached a point where she began to consider wearing niqab. She was attracted to niqab because for her, it was a way to express more love for Allah. Now she is one of approximately 50 women in the Netherlands to do so.
